The project focuses on the energy, technological, and environmental renovation of a building in the San Basilio neighborhood.

Plans include improving existing technologies, increasing the number of apartments, and creating a co-housing area on the roof.

The challenge of the project was the reconstruction of the interior of the building, implementing the technologies used with the aim of improving the energy conditions of a social housing structure characterized by low-cost construction.
